1. The service

Engage, operated by WINBONDS WEB PRIVATE LIMITED (operating as Adentra AI), lets you automate replies and direct messages in response to comments on your Instagram professional account, using Meta's official APIs.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that harasses or deceives;
  • violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Guidelines, or the Instagram Terms of Use;
  • automate accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
  • attempt to circumvent rate limits or any technical restriction of the service.

You are responsible for the content of the messages you configure and for complying with messaging and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Meta platform compliance

The service depends on Meta's APIs. Meta may change, restrict, or withdraw access at any time, which may affect functionality. Violating Meta's policies may result in your Instagram account or our app being restricted by Meta — outcomes we do not control.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Automated actions depend on Meta's API and delivery of their webhooks; delays or failures on their side can delay or prevent an action.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that place the platform at risk.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
