How to delete the data Engage holds about you.

Delete from Instagram

Removing Engage from your Instagram account automatically revokes our access to that account:

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings and privacy.
2. Select Website permissions → Apps and websites.
3. Find Engage and choose Remove.

Instagram notifies us automatically, and we revoke the connection and disable its automations without any further action from you. The connection's access credential is retained in an inactive, encrypted state until you request full account deletion below.

Delete from inside Engage

1. Sign in and open Accounts.
2. Choose Disconnect on the Instagram account.

This revokes the connection and disables that account's automations immediately. The stored credential is retained in an inactive, encrypted state until you request full account deletion below.

Delete everything

To erase your entire account — profile, connections, automations and activity history — email adentra.ai@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We action these within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your Instagram access token and connection record
• Your automations, keywords and message templates
• Stored comment text, commenter identifiers and activity logs
• Your account profile and login credentials

We may retain minimal records where required by law, and aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.
