Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This policy explains how Engage by Adentra AI, operated by WINBONDS WEB PRIVATE LIMITED, uses cookies and similar technologies on this website and in the application.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site recognise your browser on the next request — which is what keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, do much the same job and are covered by this policy too.

The categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work — keeping you signed in, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be switched off, because without them the service cannot function, and no consent is required for them.
  • Preferences. Remember a choice you have made, such as dismissing this notice, so you are not asked the same thing on every page.
  • Analytics. Tell us which pages are used and where people get stuck, in aggregate. Used to improve the product, never to build a profile of you.
  • Advertising. Measure whether an advert led somewhere useful. We do not sell your data in any case.

What we use today

At present Engage uses strictly necessary cookies and a preference stored in your browser to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set — not afterwards. Until you give it, nothing beyond the strictly necessary category will be placed on your device.

Third parties

Some pages rely on services we do not control — for example, connecting an Instagram account sends you to Meta's own sign-in, which sets its own cookies under its own policies. We cannot read those cookies, and Meta's handling of them is governed by Meta's terms rather than ours.

Controlling cookies

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block future ones — usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in, because the sign-in itself depends on them. Clearing your browser storage also clears your acknowledgement of the notice, so it will appear again on your next visit.
